The undersigned authorizes NUKIX Group to verify his credit information for the purpose of credit establishment.  The undersigned guarantees to honour the terms and conditions of all his purchases.  All overdue amounts will be charged interest at a rate of 2.0% per month.  All merchandise shipped to the above mentioned company remains the sole property of NUKIX Group until it is fully paid for.  By signing below, the proprietor, partners or principals of the above business guarantee to be personally liable to NUKIX Group for any unpaid obligation of the above company.
