This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

To create and manage your user account

3.2 AI Model Training and Improvement

IMPORTANT: We use de-identified and anonymized images and scan data to train, improve, and refine our artificial intelligence and machine learning models. This is essential to enhancing the accuracy and reliability of our foot condition detection algorithms. Specifically:

Foot images and associated scan data may be stored on our secure servers and used as training data for our AI models

All images used for AI training purposes are stripped of personally identifiable information (PII) prior to use

AI training data is aggregated and anonymized so that individual users cannot be re-identified

We may retain anonymized images indefinitely for ongoing model improvement purposes

You may opt out of AI training data contribution through your account settings; however, previously anonymized data that has already been incorporated into models cannot be removed

3.3 Communications

To send you transactional communications (account verification, scan results, treatment updates)

To send push notifications regarding app updates and security alerts

To provide customer support and respond to inquiries

To send promotional communications about related products and services (with your consent, and with the ability to opt out at any time)
