We make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device displays them precisely. NUKIX insoles are supportive footwear accessories intended to help support healthy foot positioning and comfort in children. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your child's foot health. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

2. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, to limit quantities, or to cancel an order at our discretion. Your order is confirmed once we send an order-confirmation email. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

3. Prices & Billing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD $) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when your order is placed, as shown in your confirmation email. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or applicable duties unless stated. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping is offered on all orders within Canada. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you; we are not liable for carrier, customs, or delivery delays outside our control. If a delivery issue arises, contact us and we'll help however we can.

5. Returns & Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, including our 60-Day Fit & Comfort Guarantee. Please review it before purchasing.
